built house. The house consisted of an apartment at the ground floor, in which the owners live and an apartment on the first floor, which is offered for rent. It's only 10 minutes, on foot, from the central square of Agia Paraskevi with the long-living Plane and the homonymous church.
From the apartment's balcony you can enjoy the view of the endless Aegean sea laying in front you. Just a few meters away you will find the central square of the village, super market, taverns, cafe, all these are on operation on an all year basis. The beach of MIlopotamos is 10 kilometers away while the Papa Nero beach is 12 kilometers away.
Your accommodation: 1st floor, Apartment Type D for 2-6 persons. This apartment is consisted of 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, WC and veranda with view and the second bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a small living room with a fireplace and T.V. and one traditional semi double sofa bed, while in another room is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven with two hotplates, a two-door refrigerator and a kitchen table, wc with shower. From the kitchen and the living room you have access to the apartment's balcony, which has view to the beautiful village of Tsagkarada and Aegean.
